Will changing your company name affect my rental?

No. Your rental will be book with Greenville Inflatables. You will still receive the inflatable that you booked on the date that you booked. The only change being made is the name.

What is the cost to rent an inflatable?

The cost depends on the unit that you choose. Of course, the bigger units will cost more than the smaller units. Our pricing starts around $125.00.

Is a deposit required?

No. We do not require a deposit but we do ask that you provide a credit/debit card to hold the reservation. Cancellation must be made within 7 days of your reservation date. If you do not cancel within 7 days or do not show for your pick up, a fee of $75.00 will apply. There is no fee for cancellation due to weather.

How much notice is required for a reservation? (These are only suggestions)

March through July, we suggest that you call at least a 4 weeks in advance.
For the month of October, we suggest that you call at least 2 months in advance.
All other months, we suggest that you call within 4 weeks of your date to ensure that the inflatable that you wish to rent is available for your date. Advance reservations are not required.
If you have a last minute rental or you waited until the week before your party to rent an inflatable, call us. We will do our best to help you with your request.

Can I pick up the inflatable or is delivery required?

In the Greenville/Spartanburg area, we offer customer pick up. All of our inflatables can be set up by two people.
However, if you wish to have the inflatable delivered, we are happy to do so.
There is a delivery fee. (We do not offer customer pick up in the Charlotte NC area.)

Is is difficult to set up an inflatable?

No. It is not difficult to set up an inflatable. We provide written instuctions and also
spend as much time as needed to go over set up and break down when you pick up.

Is a truck required for pick up?

Yes, a truck is required for pick up. If you have access to a trailer, we suggest that you
use a trailer for pick up and return. Some of the inflatables are heavier and using a trailer makes it much easier when loading.

Are your units insured?

Yes. Our inflatables are insured.

Do you provide everything needed to inflate the unit?

Yes. We provide blowers and extension cords and we also provide sandbags to
secure the unit.
